The Hub and Spoke model is a structured approach to training and knowledge dissemination. It involves a central hub, where expert trainers provide in-depth training, and spokes, which represent local trainers who deliver the training to students in their regions.
Training the Trainers
In our "Train the Trainer" model, specialized trainers will train both trainers and students using technology wherever possible. Trainers will deliver sessions in local languages, either in-person or via online platforms like Zoom or Google Meet, to ensure accessibility and effective knowledge transfer.
Designing New Courses & upgrading new courses
We propose combining related courses into baskets, enabling students to gain a broader skillset. This course will equip students with the skills needed to navigate the media landscape and secure funding for their ventures.
Global Apprenticeship and Internship
Through our global business network of entrepreneurs, industry experts, and consultants, we will offer global apprenticeships and internships based on merit. These opportunities will provide students with exposure to the latest industry trends, boosting their confidence and skills.
CSR and Industry Participation
We will leverage our global network to raise CSR donations and secure industry participation to ensure the success of this initiative. The engagement of technical experts at every stage will be critical in implementing our ITI upgradation scheme, furthering India's mission to become a global skills capital.

Focus on Training & Entrepreneurship Development

We specialize in Training & Entrepreneurship Development, helping design new courses and upgrading existing ones to align with contemporary industry needs. For example, we propose combining related courses into baskets, enabling students to gain a broader skillset. This approach enhances employability by providing a richer, more diverse education. Additionally, we aim to offer life skills and meditation classes and standardize our courses across various languages to ensure clarity and accessibility for students across India.

Our courses will be enriched with entrepreneurial inputs alongside technical skills. One dedicated entrepreneurship development module will be added as a core subject in the Hub and Spoke Models of our programs. This course focuses on nurturing entrepreneurial mindsets and skills, offering hands-on learning opportunities.

  • Industry Exposure:These opportunities will provide students with exposure to the latest industry trends, boosting their confidence and skills.
    Internships: 3 to 12 months. Apprenticeships: 6 to 24 months, depending on the industry and the depth of training required.
